Red Box, a leading platform for voice services, announced an expansion of its collaboration with Microsoft that will lead to the launch of Conversa, an enterprise voice platform from Red Box, is aligned.
Red Box is already a preferred telephony partner for conversational information and part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales and customer service. This latest development in collaboration offers a unique new method of capturing for enterprise voice services. It combines the power of Conversa audio processing in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft AI with the seamless support of cloud and premise-based telephony, which is geared towards smooth zero-touch implementations.

Conversa’s on-premise self-installation capability, supported by Azure Cloud, makes it easy to provide real-time voice recording with AI for businesses struggling to access audio.
