Finley Ai, a voice-powered AI Financial & Pension assistant, was launched by Elemi Atigolo a former Wealth Manager of the UK’s largest wealth management firm St. James’s Place Wealth Management to help solve the problem of the financial guidance and advice gap that still exists in today’s modern society.
With modern technology being used by most people around the world and AI tech being used in most devices every day. Bridging the guidance and advice gap with AI can make planning more accessible and modern.
The need for Financial Planning.
Finley Ai is aiming to fill a gaping hole in individuals’ financial lives to make financial planning which is normally depicted for individuals later in life, more modern and accessible. Elemi and his team hope that this will encourage more millennials and individuals to know the importance of early financial planning so that they start acting now before it is too late.
As many as nine in ten (90%) UK adults aged 18 or over or 46.5 million people have still have not received financial advice according to research by Financial Conduct Authority – Interim consumer research 2018.
Unfortunately, without guidance or expert advice, many individuals are still unprepared for life’s important financial choices like family planning, working life, retirement, and death.
Being unprepared will ultimately continue to create a financial strain on the UK economy. With the uncertainty of the overall effects of Brexit and the recent changes in pension legislation, it is now more crucial than ever, that all individuals can access guidance and advice easily.
