Tray.io Appoints Two New VPs to Extend Leadership in Low-code Automation
Tray.io’s expanded leadership team, chosen for Tier 1 SaaS experience, will accelerate mainstream adoption of its General Automation Platform
Tray.io, whose General Automation Platform gives Citizen Automators in any business role the power to build enterprise-class integrations and automations themselves in a low-code environment, announced that Deborah Silberman joined as VP of Global Business Operations and Brian Mes joined as VP of Sales Engineering. Silberman brings nearly 20 years of extensive knowledge about revenue operations, forecasting, and pipeline management. Mes joins the company with over 15 years of experience in leading technical sales enablement across the entire sales cycle at some of the industry’s most successful and fast-growing SaaS vendors. Tray.io’s newest hires will help the company continue to lead the low-code automation movement to empower business users across the organization to do more, faster.
“Tray.io’s low-code automation platform is instrumental in enabling more agile and efficient revenue processes, crucial for RevOps teams to succeed in an uncertain economy,” said Silberman. “Tray.io is in a unique position to empower revenue organizations around the world to do more, faster, to meet and exceed their business objectives.”

Prior to joining Tray.io, Silberman led sales operations at leading technology ISVs including MobileIron (NASDAQ: MOBL) and most recently at Coupa Software where, as VP of Global Sales Operations, she worked cross-functionally with other departments to improve overall Quote-to-Cash processes and implemented the sales team’s stage methodology and forecasting via automation to quadruple the company’s ARR in four years. At Tray.io, Silberman will be responsible for leading the company’s global revenue and business operations team.
“What drew me to join the fantastic team at Tray.io is how the company is transforming the way SaaS companies work by putting the power to integrate software and automate workflows directly into the hands of business users,” said Mes. “By democratizing technologies that were traditionally overseen and used by IT departments, users of all types across an organization can contribute to overall efficiency, grow revenue, and help their businesses scale.”
