CloudRadial Announces IT Assessments Module for Compliance
CloudRadial’s new assessment module helps MSPs make their efforts consistent, scalable and client-facing across all clients.
CloudRadial, the leading white-labeled client portal, powered with account management automation, for managed service providers (MSPs), announced the addition of IT Assessments into their suite of MSP client management tools.
As part of the compliance process, IT Assessments help qualitatively note the status of items at a particular point in time and must be reviewed manually. CloudRadial’s new assessment module helps MSPs make these efforts consistent, scalable and client-facing across all clients.

CloudRadial’s new IT Assessment module can efficiently run through a series of fully customized questions to analyze a client’s risk and opportunities even comparing the improvements made since prior runs. Determination of a client’s compliance with the MSP’s technical standards, industry standards, external regulations, their internal policies and the MSPs compliance to their own service commitment becomes a scalable method.
CloudRadial has made assessments easy to create as they can be uploaded from Excel files or built from content-controlled templates. These templates and checklists can be imported into an assessment for one-time use or replicated automatically based on users, endpoints, or servers.

CloudRadial’s IT Assessments distinguishes itself from other assessment tools on the market by making assessments more:
1. Scalable
2. Client-facing
3. Client-understandable
4. Client-collaborative
5. Comparable between occurrences (runs)
6. Consistent
