Young joins Calytera from Next Coast Ventures where she was a venture partner focused on helping high-potential organizations grow. Prior to that, she founded and led Double Line Partners, an ed-tech company working with state education agencies and large school districts to build data systems to monitor and improve student performance, She worked with the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation overseeing a $150M portfolio investing in disruptive technologies to improve education and health outcomes. She began her career at McKinsey and Company, working in the global technology practice.
