Atos BullSequana Servers Integrate the Offer of the State Purchasing Department

Atos , international leader in digital transformation, announces that its BullSequana S800 servers will be marketed to the State Purchasing Department (DAE), as part of a successful tender through its partner SCC , European leader in IT services and digital solutions. This 3-year contract aims to offer BullSequana S to large French administrations and public structures.

From the France R&D department of Atos on the Clayes-sous-Bois site and produced in the group’s factory in Angers, the BullSequana S800 High End server meets the performance, reliability and cost optimization requirements of organizations of the public sector. With its large memory capacity and scalability up to 16 Intel processors, it also integrates NVIDIA GPUs to accelerate performance and facilitate the integration of new generation applications, such as artificial intelligence or machine learning. The BullSequana S range of servers also benefits from Atos ‘ recognized expertise in SAP environments, which many French public administrations are equipped with. Able to manage more than twice the volume of data than the previous generation, the latest version of the BullSequana S800 can thus ensure very large SAP installations. Atos currently supports more than 3 million SAP end users worldwide.
