Users now have greater reporting flexibility including improved filtering, enhanced interactive search and data selection, and expanded viewer analytics. The August release also builds on previous webcast analytics capabilities to now include improved viewer reporting ensuring organizations have the granular video intelligence on viewer experience and viewer behavior.

Additionally, the Rev Cloud August Release builds on existing integration strengths with expanded video conference integration (VCI) capacities and public API enhancements. Users leveraging Rev integrated with a video conference solution now have greater view and layout flexibility and control. API enhancements empower developers to programmatically create questions for webcast event Q&A and to provide answers to questions. The release also offers greater flexibility for API keys with the ability to create user-scoped API keys that enforce a user’s permissions and roles. Users can also kick-off (re)transcode of an existing video without having to re-upload it.
