Infinia ML Hires Head of Business Development to Accelerate Growth
Mike McDonel, Formerly of Palantir, Will Lead Business Development for Machine Learning Products and Services
Infinia ML, an advanced machine learning company, announced today that Michael McDonel, a former business development leader for Palantir Technologies, had joined the company as its Director of Business Development. At Infinia, McDonel will grow relationships with enterprise companies and fast-growing startups, helping them leverage machine learning to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve breakthroughs.

McDonel worked with large institutions to tackle complex, sensitive enterprise data challenges during his time at Palantir. McDonel was also previously a Director at CEB (now Gartner), where he helped C-level executives at Fortune 500 firms solve critical business problems, and brings additional experience at the international development company DAI.

McDonel himself also expressed enthusiasm for his start at the Durham company, whose staff has tripled since the beginning of 2018. “Infinia’s core team brings decades of experience and knowledge to the company and has grown a super talented group of people around them,” he said. “The team is already proving its machine learning solutions drive business outcomes for clients including Axiom and Korn Ferry.”
