“We believe that to build great company cultures and maximize employee retention, we must prioritize employees’ wellbeing and understand what engages them,” said Zeal co-founder and CEO, Mark Somol. “Zeal is the only company with a completely open engagement platform. This means managers can survey their employees about any element of their company’s culture, such as productivity, advocacy and diversity and build custom dashboards to track their progress.”
Employee retention is a particularly challenging issue in today’s high-employment economic environment. Companies rely on guesswork and subjective information about their employees’ wellbeing. Managers struggle to find the time to check-in with their team. Zeal provides objective, real-time data and unique insights about employee engagement and retention enabling HR leaders and company executives to make data-driven improvements to their company’s culture and employee experience. Companies using Zeal have a more engaged workforce and positive company culture, greater employee productivity and higher retention rates.
