Paul Beavers joins the transportation management leader with deep experience in product development and scaling businesses

As CTO, Paul will lead the company’s innovation initiatives, including expanding the capabilities of its core solutions and continuing PCS Software’s evolution towards a comprehensive platform offering.

Paul comes to PCS Software from enterprise software leader BMC Software, where he most recently served as VP of R&D and DevOps. At BMC Software, Paul led product development, DevOps, and maintenance activities related to BMC’s flagship Digital Services and Operations Management product portfolio. In his 22 years at the company, he and his team were instrumental in transforming the organization from focusing on large on-premises enterprise products into an agile development organization that delivered innovative SaaS and on-premises solutions based on modern technologies.
He’s a hands-on leader with a broad set of technical skills, including Azure, AWS, Linux, Java, Objective-C, C/C++, Docker, and various database technologies. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Paul received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
