GetAccept Secures $20 Million in Series B Funding to Help SMBs Move Sales Online
The inventive SaaS company closed deal fully remote using its own product and is poised to transform sales for millions of businesses
GetAccept, the all-in-one sales platform, has raised $20 million in Series B funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, as the company expands its platform to help SMBs close more deals. In remote working times, more than ever, businesses are refining their digital sales process. GetAccept has put sales engagement on autopilot, creating the future of sales.
In 2019 the company raised a $7 million Series A funding round led by DN Capital, with participation from BootstrapLabs, Y Combinator and a number of Spotify’s early investors. This round brings GetAccept’s total financing raised to $30M.
“Bessemer Venture Partners is thrilled to back the ambitious GetAccept team and their vision to empower millions of SMBs to streamline and digitize their end-to-end sales processes,” said Alex Ferrara, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. “They have built a world-class product, prepared for business transactions that continue to shift permanently online at a rapid pace. We look forward to partnering with GetAccept on the journey ahead.”

GetAccept is on a mission to radically redefine the way companies run sales. This latest round of funding will further the company’s role in taking Sales Enablement to the next level, by offering a Deal Room Management platform that removes friction in the buying process. It enables sales reps to close remote deals by being personal, communicative and engaging in a more online sales world.
The platform leverages proposal and content templates, reference sharing, engagement tracking, video and live chat communication, smart automated reminders, AI-driven sales coaching, and electronic signatures, all in one place. From the first interaction to e-signed contract. A so-called Deal Room.
Founded in 2015 by Swedish entrepreneurs and Y Combinator alumni Samir Smajic, Mathias Thulin, Jonas Blanck, and Carl Carell, GetAccept has expanded quickly from 30 to now 100+ employees over the last 18 months with offices across US and EU countries.

“We believe in the power of relationships and want to bring personalized and engaging interactions back to the online sales process,” said Smajic. “We saw this digital sales shift and change in behavior back in 2015, which is why we founded GetAccept in the first place. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated and forced B2B buyers and sellers to go digital, which has placed digital sales models high up on the company agendas. We aim to be the online place where every B2B business happens, in a personal way.”
Customers have rated GetAccept as one of the top ranked Sales Enablement platforms on G2, widely used by sales, customer success, sales enablement, and development teams all over the world including companies such as Samsung, Chargebee and Diners Club International. The software integrates with more than 50 other business apps such as powerful CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Pipedrive, open API, Zapier connections, and other customized solutions to help streamline the business workflows.
