(“Shenzhen UCLOUDLINK”) recently signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) with China Vehicle Interconnected Transport Capacity Technology Co., Ltd. (“CVITC”), a container transportation and logistics company in China.
