ElectrifAi Announces Noelle Silver Joins as VP, Solutions Architecture
Delivering fast and reliable machine learning business solutions.
ElectrifAi, one of the world’s leading companies in practical artificial intelligence (AI) and pre-built machine learning models, announced Noelle Silver has joined the company as Vice President of Solutions Architecture.
ElectrifAi is excited to have this new addition to the company. Silver brings with her an impressive background and a wealth of knowledge as a thought leader, technology evangelist, and advocate for diversity in data science, having worked in a number of roles with vast responsibilities in her 20-plus-year career.

Noelle started her career at IBM teaching service-oriented architecture, which ended up becoming the foundation of much of what is today’s artificial intelligence landscape. Noelle was then recruited by Red Hat to help with open-source middleware. At VMware, she helped educate and inspire people to think a new way about cloud and virtualization while leading the teams in charge of delivering education, certification, and professional services.
Amazon Web Services recruited Noelle to help build a team of AWS technical trainers. She began delivering executive briefings and technical deep-dive sessions to companies globally. During her first year at Amazon, Alexa was launched, and Noelle was an early member of that team. She helped Alexa grow from just under 1000 Beta users to more than 100 million users. She learned how to build machine learning from the ground up. She built over 100 skills for Amazon Alexa and was one of its earliest evangelists.

From that experience, she realized that building machine learning models required a diverse team, a large investment and was reserved for only those companies who could afford to invest in that level of innovation. This fueled a passion for helping more companies take advantage of the power of AI. She began to focus on democratizing AI and educating the world’s businesses on how they could solve real problems with the responsible and ethical use of AI and augment the capabilities of their existing teams.
Microsoft hired Noelle because of her experience in conversational AI and the ability to educate and build a community. Microsoft was looking to democratize a collection of machine learning models (under the Cognitive Services category) and make them available through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Noelle helped Microsoft make those models available to more developers, increasing the ingenuity of the teams that knew how to use them.
This is when she became interested in ElectrifAi’s pre-built machine learning models. She wanted to work for a company that focuses on customers and learns about their business needs to help them leverage the power of Applied AI. What excites Noelle most about working at ElectrifAi is the ability to build a team that empowers customers to do more with AI, without the need to build a machine learning team from scratch.
