Dailymotion has been awarded the TAG Brand Safety Certified Seal by the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG), the world’s leading program to fight criminal activity and protect brand safety in digital advertising, for the rigorous standards it has set to protect brands.

What is TAG Brand Safety Seal?

The Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) is the leading global certification program fighting criminal activity and increasing trust in the digital advertising industry. TAG advances its mission of eliminating fraudulent traffic, facilitating the sharing of threat intelligence, and promoting brand safety by connecting industry leaders, analyzing threats, and sharing best practices worldwide. The 600+ member TAG community include the world’s largest and most influential brands, agencies, publishers, and ad tech providers. • ABC, an established auditor in the evolution of Brand Safety standards, has issued Dailymotion’s audit report, dated 29th January 2021, relating to Dailymotion’s compliance with TAG Brand Safety’s Certified Guidelines v.1.0. Key points from Dailymotion’s policy are detailed below:
• “At Dailymotion, protecting users, brands and content owners is our main priority. We focus on surfacing content on the subjects that our users care about most.”
• “Our internal automated filters analyze video content and metadata and detect spam and explicit content based on [exclusion listed] keywords and image attributes. Additionally, a form is available for users to report inappropriate content.”
• “All Partners’ applications must be approved by our Content Policy team, and user-generated content is never monetized.”
