Aaron Hughes Appointed to SentinelOne Board of Directors

SentinelOne, the autonomous cybersecurity platform company, announced the appointment of Aaron Hughes to its board of directors.

Mr. Hughes brings over 25 years of experience leading technology and information security programs in the public and private sector. Hughes currently serves as Group Vice President and CISO for Albertsons Companies, where he’s responsible for securing the infrastructure, digital assets, and payments for more than 2,200 retail locations across the U.S. Previously, Hughes was Vice President for Information Security and Deputy CISO at Capital One. In addition to his full-time civilian employment, Hughes is a Colonel in the Air Force Reserve, currently serving as a Senior Advisor to the Commander at USCYBERCOM. As part of his public sector experience, Hughes served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy under the Obama administration, where he led the development and implementation of cyber policies, strategies, operations, and plans for all Department of Defense (DoD) efforts in cyberspace.
