InCloudCounsel Announces Appointment of Mike Paulus to Board Of Directors
InCloudCounsel, the global leader in Contract Automation and Intelligence, announced the appointment of Mike Paulus to its board of directors, where he will join Chelsea Stoner of Battery Ventures, and members of InCloudCounsel’s executive team, Troy Pospisil (CEO), Ben Levi (COO), Lane Lillquist (CTO), and Jeff Bohl (CFO). Mike was most recently the founder and CEO of Assurance IQ, an insurance technology company which was acquired by Prudential in 2019. Previously, Mike was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz and the President and co-founder of Addepar, a wealth management software company.

Mike also serves on the board of directors of Nesto, a Canadian financial technology company. Mike received a bachelors of arts in economics and a masters of science in management science and engineering from Stanford University.
