Aleada Consulting, a leading minority-female-owned privacy and data protection company in Silicon Valley, announced that Elena Elkina, co-founder and partner, will lead a virtual panel at BlackHat 2021 focusing on how to recruit diversity candidates for Infosecurity and Privacy teams. The panel is organized by Women in Infosec and Privacy of which Elkina is a board member and co-founder. Aleada was recently certified as a Women Business Enterprise.

We want to talk about ways to overcome obstacles and this panel has strong ideas on strategies to recruit for diversity.”
