Kepro Acquires eQHealth Solutions LLC, Strengthens Population Health Management and Technology Solutions

Kepro announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eQHealth Solutions, LLC. This acquisition will expand Kepro’s population health management and technology solutions portfolio.
