“We know the spread of COVID-19 across the globe is impacting businesses immensely. Traditional bricks and mortar marketplaces have shifted online. This dramatic digital migration has forced SMEs to seek new ways to market their businesses, and those tapping into AI are reaping the rewards,” says David Fairfull, CEO and co-founder of Metigy.
“This data reveals that AI can do something above and beyond the daily norms of marketing. Australia’s community of SMEs have led the way in leveraging AI to drive better engagement and results at a time when online sales and digital marketing activity is booming,” adds Fairfull.
“As we enter the next stage of ‘pandemic normal’ and businesses emerge from what has likely been their hardest 18 months since the Global Financial Crisis, ensuring marketing dollars are well spent is more important than ever. From this research, it’s clear that small businesses can achieve amplified marketing results with AI and automation,” concludes Fairfull.
