Berman will provide strategic direction for the company’s channel program as well as oversight of the account management teams responsible for post-implementation product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

He has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, partnering with senior executives of major health plans, health systems, and employers on adopting emerging technologies for improving clinical, operational, and financial performance. Berman’s leadership of client success initiatives helped fuel the growth of American Well and Verisk Health. In addition, he led account management at Advanced Practice Strategies and D2Hawkeye during their successful acquisitions.
