CAI Software Announces Majority Investment by Symphony Technology Group (STG)
CAI Software, LLC, a leading software vendor of mission-critical, production-oriented software to the manufacturing and distribution sectors globally, announced today it has received a majority investment from Symphony Technology Group (STG), a private equity partner to market-leading companies in software, data and analytics. This partnership includes a significant investment to strengthen CAI’s market leadership and product innovation across its portfolio of solutions, including ERP, MES, EDI, WMS and process automation. STG’s backing will accelerate CAI’s growth in partnership with its existing owners and management team through organic and inorganic initiatives to deepen and broaden CAI’s capabilities.

This new partnership with STG will allow us to better support our customers and employees while accelerating our go-to-market and product development efforts,” said Brian Rigney, CEO of CAI.
