New Multi-Tenant Capabilities Enable MSSPs to Manage Multiple Customers from a Single Dashboard
RANK Software, an AI-based security analytics and threat intelligence platform, announced new capabilities designed to help Managed Service Security Providers (MSSPs) and other large organizations with global operations, to better manage and scale proactive cybersecurity threat hunting.
As cyber-attacks become more sophisticated and the gap of 3 million skilled cybersecurity professionals widens, more businesses are turning to MSSPs to proactively hunt for malicious threats.

Today, most MSSPs have one-on-one relationships with clients, which is challenging to scale and harder to manage. This new multitenancy capability enables MSSPs using RANK’s Virtual Advisor to Security Analysts (VASA) AI-based threat detection platform to scale and manage real-time threat hunting capabilities to multiple sets of customers at once.
Building on the market success of VASA, RANK now provides MSSPs a central point to manage content for all their customers. While customer information is siloed, if VASA identifies a potential threat with one MSSP customer, the solution can be applied quickly to all of the MSSPs’ customers. Additionally, MSSPs can now streamline reporting capabilities across all customer sets.

Expected to be commercially available in the first half of this year, RANK Software is actively working with its existing global network of partners including Scalar, Laursen & Toubro Infotech, Happiest Minds, Intellium and new partners to bring this solution to market.
