Cilio Technologies Appoints Rick Olejnik as President, Launching New Phase of Strategic Growth and Solution Expansion
Cilio Technologies, LLC, a leading developer of order management, field service, and mobile workforce management software for home improvement manufacturers, retailers, and installers, announced that Rick Olejnik is taking the helm as president of the company. Rick began the transition to president in early 2021 as a consultant. Rick is joining Cilio’s existing senior leaders and partners David Brass, Jeremy Olejnik, and Allen Klumpp as they prepare to launch this new phase of aggressive growth. Founder, Randy Olejnik, remains as CEO.
After three decades of leadership roles in the software and SaaS industries, Rick joins Cilio Technologies most recently from Provana, LLC where he was Vice President of Platforms and where he will remain as an executive advisor. At Provana, Rick led strategic direction for SaaS solutions around automation, robotic process automation, data management and analytics, and intelligent document processing.

Prior to that, Rick was with Surefire Data Solutions, where he was a founding partner and served as CEO, eventually selling the business to Provana and assuming the title of Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Rick was a technology entrepreneur and led multiple mergers and acquisitions of these companies. But he has expressed significant excitement around returning to one of his favorite industries – construction and building materials technology.
“Words can’t express how excited I am to blend my SaaS expertise with my roots in the construction and building materials industry,” stated Rick Olejnik, President of Cilio Technologies. “In addition, I’m thrilled to step into my family’s business and take it into the next level of aggressive growth and performance, finding new opportunities for our company and for solving our customers’ biggest challenges.”
Cilio Technologies is a 20-year-old software company with roots in the countertop manufacturing and home improvement retail industries. Over the years, Cilio has launched offerings that help manufacturers, retailers, installers, fabricators, and others manage supply chain, sales, and customer relationships, from raw materials to installation.

Rick is particularly interested in restructuring cornerstone offerings around a single, unified brand and platform that can service companies ranging from mom-and-pop installers to enterprise-class manufacturers and distributors. This includes enhancing automation with machine learning technologies, improving field service scheduling, and ratcheting up data management and analytics capabilities for all users.
He emphasizes the company’s unique services and support as a way to improve user engagement with the platform and maximize the value they get from it. With increased investment around sales and marketing, customer service, support, and product development, he sees an opportunity for clients to get even more value from the Cilio field service management platform for their unique workflows.
“Rick is a fantastic leader. With his previous experience growing and selling technology companies, I know he is the right person to usher Cilio into the next phase of growth,” said Randy Olejnik, founder and CEO of Cilio Technologies. “He has already injected fresh thinking and a crisp vision into the future of Cilio Technologies, and our customers stand to benefit tremendously.”
