UPSTACK Acquires LinkSource Technologies, Expanding Platform’s Network & Cloud Expertise

UPSTACK, the fastest-growing advisory platform for digital infrastructure, announced that it acquired the network and cloud sourcing business of LinkSource Technologies LLC, a technology management company based in Roseville, California. Additionally, UPSTACK has formed a strategic partnership with LinkSource’s technology hardware sourcing business. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LinkSource CEO and Founder Curt Lewis and President Jason Newbold remain invested owners in LinkSource Technologies and will continue to grow the hardware sourcing business as LinkSource Systems. LinkSource Systems seeks to reinvent the hardware sourcing business and will work with UPSTACK to provide a seamless experience for its customers as part of a new strategic partnership.

Since 1998, LinkSource has helped businesses bridge the gaps in their technology as trusted consultants in telecom, cloud and hardware procurement and management. With millions of dollars in annual technology spend under management, LinkSource Technologies provides network and cloud sourcing as well as managed services, such as telecom expense management (TEM), mobility management, vendor management and bid management.

We’re excited to bring those capabilities and customers under the UPSTACK umbrella.”
