Rootstock Software Promotes Caroline Santander to SVP of Global Professional Services and Enablement
Seasoned Executive to Drive Faster Time-to-value Implementations, Leverage Global Systems Integrators and Establish the Center of Excellence for Rootstock Manufacturing ERP
Rootstock Software, provider of the #1 Manufacturing ERP on the Salesforce Platform, announced the promotion of Caroline Santander to the position of Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services and Enablement. In this role, Santander will oversee two key areas. First, she will manage the global Professional Services team to create new service offerings for rapid implementations and establish the Center of Excellence for Rootstock Cloud ERP. Second, she will continue to grow the company’s Enablement Program to meet the needs of customers and systems integration partners with regard to Rootstock product knowledge.

One of Santander’s first objectives is to define pre-packaged, best-practice manufacturing templates for rapid, efficient ERP implementations that drive maximum value for Rootstock customers. Within the Enablement Program, Santander’s team is continuing to evolve and expand Rootstock ERP learning opportunities. “A big focus going forward is partner enablement to support channel sales, implementation training, and partner certification,” added Santander.
Santander has 25 years of overall experience with ERP solutions. She is a dynamic executive who speaks five languages and has skills in managing ERP implementations from her time at NetSuite, QAD and Kenandy. Santander has been with Rootstock since 2018. Prior to her current position, she served as VP of Enablement and Partnerships. She launched and managed Rootstock’s partner program and was instrumental in building and fortifying this ecosystem. As part of the Enablement Program, she first rolled out the Rootstock Success Community, an online destination which gives customers a way to network with other customers, as well as with Rootstock subject matter experts and other business partners. She also launched the Rootstock Learning Center, the cornerstone for Rootstock product training and knowledge.
