Platform X Revolutionizes Communication With New Features
X Platform Shows off Exciting New Ways to Communicate: The Audio and Video Calling Functions Are Now Live
Elon Musk has stated that some users of the social media network X (formerly known as Twitter) would soon be able to conduct video and audio conversations. For him, X is the “everything app.”
X’s voice and video calling capabilities may be activated in the app’s preferences. You have the option of limiting incoming calls to contacts in your phone’s address book, those you’ve chosen to follow, or other verified users.
Tech magnate and owner Musk mentioned in a post on X chiming an early version of video and audio calling on X while explaining how to enable these features. Below is a screenshot from X of Elon musks account.

Elon Musk’s decision is not unexpected, given the technological pioneering nature of his past businesses like Tesla and SpaceX. Musk is sending a message with the renaming of Twitter as X that he intends to take the platform to the next level by providing robust software capable of all forms of communication and commerce. It’s possible that X may emerge as a dominant force in the online retail and social media industries.

Users of X no longer have to download separate applications only to make video or audio calls to one another on the platform. With this latest development in social media, X is well on its way to completely changing the way people share and discuss information online.
Musk hinted earlier this year that the video and audio calling services will be available without the need for a phone number. The updated features should work on a wide range of devices, including as Apple’s iOS, Google’s Android, and desktop PCs.
