“As I evaluated my next career move, I was very intrigued with the opportunities to use technology to help customers with their cybersecurity and privacy challenges,” explained Mr. Metzger. “So, I looked for a company that had a proven technology, a proven go-to-market model, a proven team and a strong market position. Most recently, Mike served as PayScale’s CEO, scaling the company from a start-up to a $100 million market leader. As a leader in employee and employer compensation strategies, the company grew from four to 450 employees under his watch, serving more than 8,000 customers of all sizes. During this 15-year period, Mike worked hand in hand with the PayScale executive team, Board of Directors and investors, including Warburg Pincus and Francisco Partners, to drive company strategy and growth.
