Salesforce Introduces Data Cloud Spring
- Data Spaces is now available: This lets customers organize their data, its descriptions, and the procedures related to it for different departments or to follow regulations and rules.
- Service Intelligence is now available: This helps service teams understand how good their service is using smart models that predict things like how likely a problem is to get worse or how long it will take to fix it, all based on Data Cloud data.
- Enhancements to Data Cloud Triggered Flows: This lets customers set up automatic actions based on changes in data from anywhere in Data Cloud. Now, they can test these actions before they turn them on for real.
- Model Builder is now available: This tool lets customers create their smart models without needing to write a lot of code. They can pick a pre-made model or build their own based on what they need. It helps companies predict things using their Data Cloud data. For more creative tasks, it lets customers choose from different pre-made models or even bring their own. Businesses can also use models made by other companies, like Amazon and Google, and train some of these models using Data Cloud data without having to move it around.
- Enhancements to Data Cloud for Industries: With this, customers in different industries get better tools to use Data Cloud for their specific needs. For example, there are now specific tools for the financial services industry.
- Enhancements to Data Graphs: This makes it easier for customers to see how different pieces of data are related. They can do this without needing to write complex commands or manually link data together.
- Data Cloud Related Lists are now available: This feature allows companies to show Data Cloud information alongside other data in Salesforce, making it easier for businesses to get real-time insights.
- Data Cloud Copy Fields are now available: This feature lets customers take insights from Data Cloud and put them directly into their Salesforce system, without needing complicated setups.
