In their new roles, Huang will optimize EnCharge’s financial strategy to accelerate commercial growth and market expansion, while Szeto will drive talent acquisition and organizational development aimed at establishing a high performing and global workforce. Together, they will bolster EnCharge’s operational capabilities as it transitions from development to commercialization of its breakthrough AI accelerator products.
“We’re excited to welcome Jason and Leslie to the EnCharge team,” said Echere Iroaga, COO and Co-Founder of EnCharge AI. “As we prepare to bring our technology to market and execute against our ambitious product roadmap, having high-caliber leaders to help scale our operations is critical. Jason and Leslie’s combined expertise in navigating high-growth transitions—from startup through IPO and acquisition—provides exactly the financial discipline and talent strategy we need at this inflection point in our journey.”
Huang comes to EnCharge with decades of experience steering technology companies through critical growth milestones and successful exits. As Chief Financial Officer at SupplyShift, he orchestrated the company’s January 2024 acquisition by Sphera Solutions. Previously, at Arteris, Inc., he led the finance organization through its successful IPO on Nasdaq in 2021. Huang holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University.

Szeto holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
With Huang and Szeto’s leadership, EnCharge is well-positioned to continue strengthening its organizational foundation and attracting world-class talent, as it scales its portfolio of innovative solutions to tackle AI compute from edge devices to data centers.
