Wisedocs, the trusted AI-powered claims documentation platform, announced it has been selected to power the Artificial Intelligence Medical Records Review program for Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance (KEMI), the largest provider of workers’ compensation insurance in Kentucky. Through this partnership, KEMI is modernizing how complex claims files are processed — enabling greater efficiency, reducing administrative burden, and providing actionable insights that allow KEMI staff to spend more time serving policyholders across all 120 counties in the state.
As one of the first state funds to launch an Artificial Intelligence Medical Records Review program, KEMI is establishing a new standard for how workers’ compensation insurers address the growing complexity of claims documentation.
