Sunrise Technologies Launches AI Agent for Jaipur Living
Sunrise Technologies, a global Microsoft partner, has introduced a new AI agent called Sales Order Assistant for Jaipur Living, the world’s largest manufacturer of hand knotted rugs. The agent was built and deployed by Sunrise Technologies using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This initiative marks the next phase in Jaipur Living’s technology and innovation journey, following the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management earlier this year.
Sales Order Assistant was created to improve internal efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Used exclusively by Jaipur Living’s customer service representatives, the AI agent helps them quickly find answers to common order-related questions, including sales order status, shipment tracking, credit card charges, cancellations, and estimated delivery times, right from their Microsoft Teams interface. This allows Jaipur Living’s team to shift their focus toward resolving the more complex, one-to-one customer challenges that can’t be solved with data alone.

“We take great pride in delivering exceptional customer support and are always looking for ways to innovate and improve that experience,” said Archana Chaudhary, Chief Operating Officer at Jaipur Living. “This tool has already proven to be incredibly valuable to our organization. With Order Assistant, our team can resolve questions faster and focus on creating stronger relationships.”
Sales Order Assistant shows how Jaipur Living is building on its investment in the Microsoft ecosystem to drive continuous innovation. By extending its ERP platform with practical AI tools, the company is creating scalable, efficient, and intelligent operations. This effort reflects its ongoing commitment to exceptional service.
