Nexalis, the cloud data platform purpose-built for energy asset operators, announced it has achieved Validated status in the Databricks Technology Partner Program. Building on its “Built on Databricks” foundation, Nexalis is now co-sell-ready with Databricks and positioned to deliver and scale modern industrial analytics and AI across the energy sector.

“With our new Validated status in the Databricks Technology Partner Program, Nexalis is doubling down on outcomes for energy companies,” said Quentin Morel, CEO & Co-Founder of Nexalis.

As a Validated partner, Nexalis can collaborate more closely with Databricks sales teams on joint opportunities while accessing expanded go-to-market resources. The recognition underscores the strength of Nexalis Cloud—its cloud-based historian and data enablement stack—built on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and aligned with Databricks’ best-practice architecture.

Nexalis Cloud leverages Databricks’ unified lakehouse architecture to ingest and organize high-frequency operational data from energy assets such as solar inverters, wind turbines, and battery storage systems. Once structured, energy companies have two streamlined paths—both powered by Databricks—to harness that data:

  1. Build directly on Databricks: Nexalis simplifies secure connectivity between a customer’s Databricks workspace and Nexalis Cloud, enabling immediate access to clean, structured data for analytics and machine learning.
  2. Share via Delta Sharing: With native Delta Sharing support, the same governed data can be shared securely with internal teams using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, as well as with external vendors and applications.

Modern industrial analytics depend on robust Industrial Data Plumbing—and that’s where Nexalis excels. The platform handles the critical behind-the-scenes work: collecting data from fragmented OT systems thanks to the Nexalis Agent product, standardizing it, and storing it in a centralized cloud-based historian that’s ready for enterprise-wide analytics and AI applications. Databricks’ scalable ingestion, open Delta Lake storage, and AI/ML-ready compute layer are foundational to this approach.

“With our new Validated status in the Databricks Technology Partner Program, Nexalis is doubling down on outcomes for energy companies,” said Quentin Morel, CEO & Co-Founder of Nexalis. “We’re now co-sell-ready with Databricks, pairing their Data Intelligence Platform with our industrial data plumbing to turn scattered site data into a governed, analytics-ready asset—fueling real-time decision making, AI applications, and cross-functional coordination. And with Delta Sharing, customers can securely deliver that data to the tools and partners they rely on.”

This milestone enables Nexalis to accelerate customer deployments through joint field engagement and expanded marketing support with Databricks—helping utilities, IPPs, and grid-scale storage operators modernize their data foundations while maintaining vendor neutrality and Industrial AI readiness.
