LotusPetal AI acquires BidData LLC to expand its AI-powered proposal intelligence ecosystem
The acquisition strengthens LotusPetal AI’s position as the leading end-to-end RFP automation platform, integrating BidData’s analytics and market intelligence to help businesses identify, qualify, and win more opportunities faster.
LotusPetal AI, an end-to-end, AI-powered proposal creation platform, announced it has acquired BidData LLC, a specialist in AI-powered government contracting intelligence.
The acquisition expands LotusPetal’s capabilities to serve both commercial and public-sector clients with comprehensive procurement intelligence.

BidData brings deep expertise in government contract opportunity detection, historical bid analysis, and regulatory compliance. The combined platform will deliver:
- Expanded market coverage: Comprehensive solutions for both commercial RFPs and government procurement opportunities across federal, state, and local agencies.
- Historical bid intelligence: Access to past winning proposals from target agencies, enabling clients to analyze what works before submitting their own bids.
