Brad Clayton, former leader of the AWS Canada Specialist Organization, brings deep applied AI and SaaS expertise to the Direct Sourcing technology company.

TalentNet is excited to welcome Brad Clayton, a leader in the AI space, to its growing team in the position of Vice President of AI and Transformation. The company has worked to pioneer next generation technology that supports its Direct Sourcing solution.

From stronger agentic AI capabilities to a more defined technological growth plan, TalentNet is preparing for significant advancement and is ready to expand its offerings.

Before joining TalentNet, Clayton led the AWS Canada Specialist Organization at Amazon Web Services, overseeing teams focused on Data, AI, and Machine Learning while working with enterprise organizations to drive technology transformation and strategic growth.

Brad started his career at Microsoft, where he worked his way up from Digital Advisor to Canadian Business Innovation Leader and led a consulting team supporting leading Canadian enterprise clients.
