NinjaOne®, unifying IT to simplify work, announced an integration with ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention, that improves IT visibility, centralizes support workflows, and helps organizations reduce costs and strengthen resilience across service desk and support teams. IT organizations can now share real-time insights across service management and endpoint management teams to break down silos and provide further visibility and control.

NinjaOne’s integration with ServiceNow gives IT teams a unified, current view of their environment, so they can move from reactive firefighting to proactive resolution.

The integration allows IT teams to use NinjaOne endpoint data for asset tracking and to update configuration management database (CMDB), endpoint, patch logs and status, and other configuration data within ServiceNow. NinjaOne endpoint data flows directly into ServiceNow to keep incidents and device records current, while technicians can act on devices without ever leaving the platform.

The NinjaOne and ServiceNow integration gives IT teams:

  • Proactive service support: Alerts detected in NinjaOne automatically trigger an incident in ServiceNow, so IT teams can investigate and resolve issues as soon as they arise. This prevents IT problems from reaching end users, saving organizations time and resources.
  • Unified visibility: A real-time view across both NinjaOne and ServiceNow platforms gives IT technicians a single source of truth, removing the risk of errors from manual updates and strengthening the integrity of data across service and endpoint management.
  • Simplified workflows: Device status insights within ServiceNow, combined with easy remote device access, give technicians the information they need without leaving their application. This automates the most time-consuming parts of IT support, so teams can resolve issues faster and deliver a better experience to every employee.

“Organizations rely on multiple IT service solutions, which often leaves information gaps and delays the resolution of IT issues,” said Rahul Hirani, Chief Product Officer at NinjaOne. “NinjaOne’s integration with ServiceNow eliminates this problem by continuously updating IT data in ServiceNow as conditions change, providing real-time accuracy, and ensuring devices remain healthy. As a result, our customers save time and resources, simplifying daily operations so they can deliver best-in-class IT support and services.”

“The most resilient IT organizations are the ones that eliminate blind spots, and that starts with connecting endpoint intelligence to service management in real time,” said Alix Douglas, Group Vice President, Global Technology Partnerships at ServiceNow. “NinjaOne’s integration with ServiceNow gives IT teams a unified, current view of their environment, so they can move from reactive firefighting to proactive resolution. That’s the kind of seamless workflow intelligence that drives real productivity and delivers better experiences for employees.”
