Contify Launches Business News API v4, Empowering Product and Data Teams with Analysis-Ready Datasets, Featuring Key Highlights, Multilingual Translations, and New Advanced Endpoints

Contify MCP Server connects AI assistants and agents to verified market and competitive intelligence. Teams can access Contify’s analysis directly or combine verified updates with internal data and other sources to ground research and analysis in trusted evidence.

Contify, an AI-native market and competitive intelligence platform, has upgraded its MCP server, giving teams options to access both analyzed insights and the verified updates supporting them within their AI workflows.

Teams can retrieve answers to business questions or bring relevant updates from Contify into broader tasks, combining Contify’s trusted, validated intelligence datasets with internal data and other connected sources. They can do this within custom enterprise AI applications, as well as general AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or Perplexity.

This helps stakeholders across leadership, strategy, sales, marketing, and product ground their decisions, business responses, and prospect conversations in verified intelligence.

Contify’s sourcing spans more than one million vetted sources in 117+ languages, with monitoring configured around specific companies, products, markets, and topics. Its data engine then applies a robust verification process combining AI-driven filtering, deduplication, company disambiguation, GenAI-validated tagging, and analyst review checkpoints. This robust process eliminates irrelevant and unvalidated information.

Athena AI, Contify’s proprietary agentic AI engine, then analyzes related developments to identify patterns and assess business implications, creating continuously updated insights. MCP makes both these insights and verified updates available to connected AI applications, which use them to generate responses with source citations. This lets teams ground their work in verified market and competitive evidence.

For example, a strategy team evaluating entry into a new market can retrieve Contify’s analysis of competitors’ presence and recent investments in that market. The team can also ask its AI assistant to combine the supporting intelligence from Contify with its internal market-entry plan and draft a briefing on competitive risks and assumptions that need further validation.

“Intelligence teams are responsible for building a dependable view of the market and helping the business act on it,” said Mohit Bhakuni, CEO of Contify. “As stakeholders use AI to prepare competitive responses, product plans, and strategic briefings, that intelligence needs to be available within those workflows.”
