INVIA Launches Agentic and Headless Product Catalog with built-in Bill on Behalf
Industry-first innovation aims to enable Telcos launch and monetise partner services in days, without waiting on long release cycles
INVIA, a global Business Support System (BSS) provider, today announced the launch of its Agentic and Headless Product Catalog with built-in Bill on Behalf. The platform combines AI-led product configuration, an API-first headless architecture and native partner billing in a single product model spanning Consumer, Enterprise and Wholesale.
Telcos can now go from a partner agreement to a live, billable offer in days, not months. This is how operators move beyond connectivity and finally monetise the ecosystem they’ve built.”

The launch aims at helping telcos design, price and launch new products, including third-party services, without code changes to legacy billing systems. As telcos move into cloud, security, AI and partner services, agentic AI is emerging as a way to bridge the gap between new revenue models and legacy billing infrastructure.

The INVIA Agentic and Headless Product Catalog brings three capabilities together in one product model – an embedded AI agent that acts as a product consultant, a headless API-first architecture to build products, pricing, bundles and eligibility rules in natural language and seamlessly plug into existing BSS through INVIA’s BSS Bridge and Bill on Behalf where partner and third-party services are configured in the same catalog and billed on one customer invoice. Together with Fabric AI, INVIA’s agentic orchestration layer, the catalog gives telcos one path from partner capability to product to revenue: integrate, configure, package, sell, bill and settle.
“Telcos have spent decades building billing systems for voice, data and mobile, and every new partner service still means another change request, another release cycle and another long build cycle,” said Vineesh Thadakamalla, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, INVIA. “Agentic AI changes that equation. Our catalog thinks like a product manager, speaks to every channel through APIs, and bills partner services from day one. Telcos can now go from a partner agreement to a live, billable offer in days, not months, while their people stay firmly in control of every commercial decision. This is how operators move beyond connectivity and finally monetise the ecosystem they’ve built.”
