Integrated approach combines Kyndryl Agentic Modernization services-as-software with AWS Transform to reduce transformation risk and deploy AI-ready workflows at scale
Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services, today announced an integrated agentic modernization solution with Amazon Web Services (AWS) that combines Kyndryl Agentic Modernization services-as-software with AWS Transform to help customers rapidly modernize applications, reduce transformation risk and establish AI-ready technology foundations.
The solution combines Kyndryl’s services-as-software capability, AI-enabled workflows and engineering expertise with AWS Transform to help organizations assess, plan and execute modernization initiatives at scale. This approach also enables customers to modernize applications, infrastructure and core systems faster, with greater consistency and lower transformation risk.

According to Kyndryl’s first global modernization report, nearly 50% of respondents said they are behind schedule on their modernization goals. Early adopters that have deployed agentic AI in production for modernization reported stronger outcomes, with 67% saying they are ahead of or on track with modernization goals, compared with 51% of other organizations.
