- Introducing the fastest way to analyze unstructured text data — Luminoso’s suite of AI-powered text analytics applications offers the fastest way for organizations to make sense of unstructured text data in 15 languages. Unlike other text analytics solutions, Luminoso applications are automated and don’t require training, coding, libraries, or ontologies to fully analyze unstructured text data and quantify feedback, allowing customers to start analyzing datasets immediately. Luminoso’s text analytics applications include Daylight and Express for Luminoso Daylight, which analyze conversational text like support tickets, open-ended survey responses, and product reviews. Luminoso also offers Luminoso Compass, a platform for classifying streaming text data like support tickets and call and chat transcripts.
- Expanding customer base — In Q4 2019, Luminoso grew its customer base by more than 30%. Luminoso customers include a number of world-leading brands, such as Hilton, athenahealth, DENSO, Officeworks, Supercell, and Swiss Post Solutions.
