Dustin Oxborrow, Brian Sullivan and Chris Koverman Join Company in Key Roles as Clara Transforms Insurance Industry With AI
CLARA analytics, the leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the commercial insurance industry, announced multiple additions to its executive team. Dustin Oxborrow joins the company as senior vice president of sales, while Brian Sullivan was named senior vice president of customer success, and Chris Koverman becomes vice president of engineering and operations. The new hires come as demand for CLARA’s products continues to rise.

New team members’ career highlights include:
- Dustin Oxborrow, SVP of Sales: More than 20 years’ experience building and selling SaaS platforms. Oxborrow has worked with companies ranging from startups to global enterprises, leading teams through IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and significant product launches. Oxborrow comes to CLARA from Cloud Academy (acquired by QA Limited), where he most recently served as global vice president of sales and customer success. There, he led efforts to turn the company into a best-in-class, enterprise-first learning platform. He previously served as vice president of global sales, customer success and marketing for Support.com, Inc. and was senior director of global and enterprise sales at BrightEdge Technologies. Oxborrow also held senior positions at Mindjet (acquired by Corel) and Verizon Technologies. Additionally, he founded AppraisalForce, which was successfully acquired.
- Brian Sullivan, SVP of Customer Success: Twenty-plus years of experience helping customers along a technology adoption journey that exceeds their expectations of what success should look like. Sullivan has built this function for firms at CLARA’s stage and much larger, including QuanticMind, Capriza, Gigya (acquired by SAP) and more. He’s long been recognized for leading client services, deployment, machine learning, strategic account management, project management, sales teams, and putting data analytics to work for businesses. Additionally, he has overseen business unit profit and loss, $1M+ deployments, performance management of 85+ member teams, strategic partnerships, and Fortune 100 client relationships.
- Chris Koverman, VP of Engineering and Operations: Seasoned engineering executive with more than 20 years of product development and senior management experience in strategy, design and development of complex, scalable cloud-based products. Koverman is known for his ability to define product strategy and lead the technical execution required to achieve these goals. He has a proven track record of producing innovative, reliable cloud products as well as building cohesive and engaged teams. He comes to CLARA from Orbital Insight, where he served as vice president of engineering and operations, following several years leading product and engineering at Support.com. Koverman has also held senior positions at Citrix, Casabi (acquired by BroadSoft), Dulance (acquired by Google) and more.

Over the past year, CLARA has seen demand for its products dramatically accelerate. It has secured several new customers as well as expanded existing deployments across all product lines.
