Dell Technologies is utilizing the groundbreaking Dell NativeEdge platform to turn the challenges associated with edge operations into opportunities
Introducing Dell NativeEdge, a software platform for edge operations that tackles the dispersed nature of the edge by centralizing the deployment and management of edge infrastructure and applications. This, in turn, improves business outcomes. The goal is to speed up the process of implementing new solutions. Adopting the edge can be challenging because it requires extensive and time-consuming proof of concept (POC) work to validate your ideas. You can have the compute and security infrastructure to deploy on top of NativeEdge’s horizontal platform. Thanks to your ability to fully automate the deployment, you may do a proof of concept in only a few hours, as opposed to days or months with a conventional approach.
Focusing its AI strategy on company transformation, Accenture partners with Adobe to develop industry-specific solutions using Gen AI to empower businesses
Even Accenture has pledged to improve its generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities. The business and Adobe have lately deepened their twenty-year collaboration to create sector-specific solutions utilizing Adobe’s Gen AI paradigm, Firefly. To improve AI and data capabilities, the company has vowed to reimagine the procedures that companies rely on. In addition to its strategy for generating unified brand experiences, Accenture’s solutions will take advantage of its vast data and AI engineering capabilities and methodical approach to responsible AI.
New Oracle AI-powered Cloud Service Helps Banks Mitigate Anti-Money-Laundering Risks
With $5.05 trillion expected to be laundered this year alone, banks are struggling to keep up with the cost and complexity of compliance. To help address this massive challenge, Oracle Financial Services today introduced the Oracle Financial Services Compliance Agent. The AI-powered cloud service enables banks to run inexpensive, hypothetical scenario testing to adjust thresholds and controls to sort through transactions, identify nefarious activity, and meet compliance requirements more effectively. Businesses now get access to OpenAI’s latest model without daily limits on the number of chat sessions by Microsoft
Subscribers to Microsoft’s AI-powered Copilot assistant for businesses will soon have priority access to GPT-4 Turbo. As part of the $30/user/month Copilot for Microsoft 365 pricing, this allows access to OpenAI’s latest model inside the mobile app, on the web, in Windows, and in Edge. Users with a Copilot Pro subscription have had access to GPT-4 Turbo for some time, but now companies utilizing Copilot for Microsoft 365 have unlimited talks and turns in each conversation. Businesses that use Copilot for Microsoft 365 will also benefit from Microsoft’s enhanced picture-generating features in Microsoft Designer. This month, instead of the previous limit of 15, you will be able to produce 100 photos daily. Microsoft claims that image-generating requests will be “rapid” using OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 model, which will cut waiting times for image creation.
OpenAI Voice Engine, which can create a synthetic voice based on a 15-second clip of someone’s voice
The OpenAI Voice Engine platform, which can generate a synthetic voice from a 15-second audio clip, is now available to a select group of users. On request, the AI-generated voice can read aloud text instructions in the current language or any of several others. In a blog post, OpenAI stated, “These small-scale deployments are helping to inform our approach, safeguards, and thinking about how Voice Engine could be used for good across various industries.” Several companies have access, including Age of Learning, HeyGen, Dimagi (a provider of frontline health software), Livox (a maker of AI communication apps), and Lifespan (a health system).

Google continues rolling out Gemini to different products with Android Studio’s bot getting upgraded with Gemini Pro
New to the IDE (integrated development environment), the Gemini bot is similar to the Studio Bot in that it allows developers to ask inquiries about coding. According to the business, developers should see an uptick in the quality of answers when it comes to code completion, debugging, resource discovery, and documentation writing. Based on Google’s statement, users will be required to log in and allow Gemini expressly to use it, due to privacy concerns. The developer-provided context and conversation history also heavily influence the chatbot’s responses. To incorporate generative AI-powered features into their applications, customers can simply access the Gemini API beginning template through Android Studio, according to the company.
