Ed Arcinue has served as our Chief Customer Officer since January 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Arcinue has served as our Vice President of Sales and Business Development from December 2013 to January 2019. Before joining us, Mr. Arcinue was the IT Chief of Staff at Creative Artists Agency LLC from June 2012 to December 2013, where he accelerated cross department collaboration on strategic projects and initiatives. Prior to that Mr. Arcinue had spent over nine years with Hewlett-Packard Company with his last role as their Western Region District Manager. He also worked as the OEM Technical Account Manager for Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Arcinue received his B.S.F.S. degree in international affairs from Georgetown University.
