Guy has created, led and developed professional service organizations in demanding technical environments for over 35 years. He is known for implementing information systems, processes and measurements using behavioral and technical models. Guy was the founding Vice President of Global Services at Ciena Corp. and Force10 Networks, Inc. plus many others.
As the co-founder of Theatro, Guy applies his experience with both technology and team dynamics into retail and hospitality where inspired human interactions are essential to win. To date, he has authored
