Ritu Dubey is Global Head of New Business Sales and Market Development at Digitate. Her priority is to bring the power of Artificial Intelligence to Business and IT Operations in creating Autonomous Enterprises which are predictable, resilient, self-healing and efficient. She has previously worked extensively in the IT industry across Europe and the Americas, using technology to help customers digitally transform. She is passionate about advocating for women and helping them advance into leadership roles, as well as promoting diversity in technology and AI. She has co-chaired the TCS Nordics Women's initiative and regularly provides mentorship in business and professional skill development.

Over the past two decades, Ritu has been actively involved in building the technology business for TCS Europe and the Americas across industry verticals, including banking, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and telecom. She enjoys creating and exploring new markets and disrupting existing ones by leveraging technology and redesigning operating models. She believes that change is constant and a mindset towards growth and building a continuous ecosystem of collaboration across people, industries, academia, and business is key to unlocking great opportunities.

As head of Sales, Ritu and her team have been responsible for growing Digitate European business by more than 100% year-on-year since she joined in 2018. The European customer base has grown by seven times. In her previous roles as head of large deals, Nordic, and new business development head for Sweden, Ritu lead a team that acquired several key Fortune 500 strategic partnerships valued greater than $500M and also grew the Swedish business by 60%.
