Accel-KKR, Long Path and Briarwood Announce Successful Completion of Public Tender Offer for Basware
A consortium comprising Accel-KKR, Long Path Partners and Briarwood Capital Partners announced the successful completion of the voluntary public tender offer for all the shares in Basware. According to the final results of the tender offer, the shares tendered into the tender offer represent approximately 96.2 percent of all the shares and voting rights carried by the shares in Basware.
