Lightbend announced that Lightbend Fast Data Platform is generally available on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, bringing the first end-to-end developer and operations platform for Reactive microservices and streaming architectures to the OpenShift / Kubernetes cloud-native stack. Lightbend is the company behind the Scala programming language, the pioneer of the Reactive movement, and the creator of popular open source technologies used by millions of Java and Scala developers to build distributed, cloud-native applications.
