Napatech Secures Design Win With Axellio

Napatech, the leading provider of reconfigurable computing platforms, today announced that its FPGA-based SmartNIC software and hardware have been selected by Axellio, Inc. to deliver the 100 Gbps intelligent networking solution that powers their industry-leading high-speed monitoring and analysis platform for network and security operations, the PacketXpress APX-2000.

PacketXpress allows for reliable, high-speed intake, processing, and storage with no loss for up to 100Gbps with days’ or even weeks’ worth of storage capacity. Through rate-controlled playout, PacketXpress extends the useful life of analysis and monitoring infrastructure by avoiding oversubscription for either onboard or external applications while providing pre- and post-event data extraction in near real time.
