IBM Awards Avaya with the 2020 Hybrid Cloud Excellence

IBM has recognized Avaya as a leader in hybrid cloud Communications & Collaboration Solutions for contact centers

IBM has recognized hybrid cloud provider Avaya as a leader in Communications and Collaboration Solutions that improve Customer Experience management, Contact center efficiency, and security.

Avaya earned recognition for its OneCloud ReadyNow platform that provides seamless integration of unified communications channels for Contact Centers. At a time when a majority of global and local contact centers are facing security and downtime issues, market threats are more real than they ever were.
