NetActuate Boosts Connectivity in Madrid Data Center and Launches Upgraded Anycast Platform
NetActuate, a leading provider of global infrastructure and network services, has announced completion of bandwidth upgrades in its Madrid, Spain data center. Madrid is also the first location to receive their new anycast platform upgrade that enables simpler and automated management of network services.
“Demand for services reaching regional end users in Europe continues to grow rapidly,” said Mark Mahle, CEO of NetActuate. “Madrid is the first of several upgraded locations that we will continue to roll out across our global footprint that include our updated anycast platform and greater availability of high bandwidth services.”
NetActuate’s Madrid data center is strategically in the center of Spain, on the Iberian peninsula, providing a gateway to Africa and South America. Madrid’s extensive fiber optic network enables ultra low latency connectivity across Spain and into adjacent regional markets in Europe.
This highly interconnected facility also offers direct access to ESpanix and DE-CIX, as well as public and private cloud providers. NetActuate’s Madrid facility is home to over 70 leading national and international carriers, Internet service providers (ISPs) and content distribution networks (CDNs).
Providers can easily deploy and expand their global presence on NetActuate’s anycast delivery platform, built on one of the largest peered IPv4 and IPv6 networks in the world. Purpose built to deliver low latency and high reliability across diverse global markets, NetActuate’s upgraded anycast platform is now available in Madrid, and very soon in over 40 US and global locations, with simple, predictable monthly pricing.
