Rachel Stack Joins Cologix as Chief Financial Officer
Cologix, a network-neutral interconnection, ecosystem and hyperscale edge data center company, announced Rachel Stack has joined Cologix as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 27, 2020. Stack joins the Cologix executive leadership team to lead financial strategy, capital markets and accounting functions. She will also drive Cologix’s corporate development strategy as it continues to expand throughout North America.
“Rachel has a very strong background in digital infrastructure and an impressive breadth of experience in senior finance, strategy and corporate development roles,” said Bill Fathers, Cologix’s CEO & Chairman. “She has a proven track record in developing, brokering and financing major deals across the U.S. and Canada. We anticipate Rachel’s influence to be critical to the continued success of Cologix’s growth strategy. We are incredibly excited to have Rachel join Cologix’s leadership team.”

Stack has held various financial leadership positions in telecommunications and banking. Most recently, she was SVP, Corporate Strategy and Development for Zayo where she led Zayo’s mergers & acquisitions, strategy, treasury, real estate and capital markets efforts.

Prior to Zayo, Stack was a Director in Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) Communications, Media and Entertainment group where she worked with large telecom and communications infrastructure companies. During her time at RBC’s investment bank, she led the execution of more than 25 M&A transactions totaling more than $3BN and 50 financings totaling $150BN. Prior to RBC, Rachel was an Associate at Daniels & Associates, a telecom focused investment banking boutique firm based in Denver. Rachel received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Economics from Columbia University.
